M&T Bank Donates $100,000 to Haiti Relief Effort

BUFFALO, N.Y., Jan 15, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ -- M&T Bank announced today that it will make an immediate contribution of $100,000 to the American Red Cross to assist victims of the Haiti earthquake. M&T will also match dollar-for-dollar all contributions made to the Red Cross by its employees, directors and retirees, up to an additional amount of $100,000.

The bank will accept contributions from the public at any of its branches.
