Former Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer, National Security Agency

Mr. Ledgett is a private consultant. He served as Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the National Security Agency (“NSA”), the largest intelligence organization in the U.S., from January 2014 until his retirement in April 2017, and worked for the NSA for 29 years. Mr. Ledgett was Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Defense Analyses, a member of a cyber advisory board of Beazley PLC, as well as a director of Elbit Systems of America. He has served as an instructor and course developer at the National Cryptologic School within the NSA in Washington, D.C. and as an adjunct faculty member at the National Intelligence University in Washington, D.C.
