Herbert L. Washington

Mr. Washington is President of H.L.W. Fast Track, Inc., a fast-food restaurant enterprise located in Youngstown, Ohio, which owned and operated McDonald’s franchises in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York from 1980 to 2022. He is a director of the Youngstown, Ohio Chamber of Commerce and of the Big Ten Athletic Advisory Committee. Mr. Washington was appointed as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for a three-year term in 1993. He served as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Buffalo Branch Board from 1992 to 1993.
